In 1979, Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu, saw the founding of the Annamalai university distance education. University Grants Commission has given its approval to Annamalai University (UGC). Over 32,480 students live on campus, and it provides more than 500 programs. All qualified applicants will soon be able to apply for admission to Annamalai University Distance Education on the basis of merit alone. The applicant must have completed their senior year of high school with a related discipline from an accredited institution.
